Apparently, my blog is a threat to China as they have been banned by China’s national firewall according to this unscientific test. What’s surprising is that MPOW’s site is blocked as well. But like I said, it’s totally unscientific and even the website says that there are chances that it shows ‘blocked’ because of some technical problems. So, take this with a huge pinch of salt.

People in China and other places where freedom of speech is stamped on can access blocked sites like this one using a proxy server. I recently went to China on business and used: http://www.superproxy.co.uk whcih workded well

Well, there are still quite a lot of bloggers from China. Just that they blog on public sites. I think as long as they don’t blog about politics and other controversial topics they are quite safe. And if they want to surf to restricted sites, there are quite a number of anonymous proxies that they can make use of.
